Marketing Tips from Marketing Dan – Telephone Calls

Make sure that when your potential telephone sales call is received that it is answered, – your client wants to place an order but he cannot get you – he could potentially ring  elsewhere, and give them the order, all the effort you have put in to marketing to him and you fall at the last hurdle by not answering the telephone

At the very least you should use an answering machine or voice mail system to catch phone calls when you are unavailable.
