Marketing plans should cover at least the year ahead and form a major part of your overall business planning.

Agreed – All those who are involved should be committed to the marketing plan and agree that the marketing objectives are achievable.
Tailored to suit your budget, An Assist Marketing plan contains all the above features and although we can speak fluent marketing, we try to make the content as easy to understand as possible, by trying to avoid use of marketing jargon wherever possible.
The Assist Marketing plan is achieved from a marketing audit, carried out by Assist Marketing Managers and the principals of the business we are marketing for. During the audit we identify both internal and external factors that have significant influence on the company performance and tailor the plan to suit or overcome these factors.
Once we have agreed on the plan Assist Marketing carry out the agreed marketing plan on your behalf, we will meet with you at least once a month to report on what is going to be carried out in the next month, what has happened in the current month and what results are being achieved.
Whilst a marketing plan is produced for a year, most markets can be fluid and changing circumstances throughout a year means the plan may need to be changed to reflect current conditions, this is not a problem as your Assist Marketing Manager is always available to help you update your plan to reflect the changed circumstances.
