Competition Analysis
It is difficult to market your product or services until you have carried out some competition analysis on your competitors.
You should know what kind of offers, prices and/or fees you are selling against, this enables you to ensure your offering is competitive in the market place.
If you do not carry out the competition analysis you are “flying blind” in your efforts to market yourself
It is good practice to carry out this research regularly as you can be sure that some of your competitors may well be doing the same to you!!!
